Form submission – Waste Prevention Map

Thank you for submitting an application to be part of our waste prevention map.  

We will review you application within the next 7 working days and if we feel that you meet the criteria, we will send you an email to confirm that you are being listed on the map. 

If you do not meet the criteria we may contact you for further clarification or to let you know that your organisation doesn’t align with the aims of the map.
