Leicestershires first community fridge opened at the Coalville Surestart / Childrens centre in June 2018.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to take or leave (edible) items of food in the fridge which acts as a hub for the swapping of surplus food that would otherwise go to waste – and it’s FREE
